Cover Format and Supply
Start with how the clothing is handled: loose laundry needs a bag sized around the contents, while clothing returned on hangers needs a cover sized around the garment. Include the collection or return method in the enquiry so the opening and dimensions suit the task.
Garment covers surround hanging clothes during handling, presentation and return. Cover width needs to accommodate the hanger and the garment’s bulk; length follows the clothing being covered. A shirt and a long dress need different coverage even when the hanger width is similar.
Folded supply provides separate covers for storage and distribution. Roll supply keeps covers together at the garment-packing point, and perforated presentation can provide separation points for dispensing. Confirming the cover length and perforation arrangement together helps the supply match the clothes being handled.
Slip material is used in the laundry-bag range. In film terminology, slip concerns how readily surfaces slide against one another; it is a handling characteristic, separate from cover dimensions.
Plain, Coloured or Printed
Both LDPE and HDPE are available plain or coloured, with printed LDPE and HDPE options. Plain covers keep the garment presentation simple; printing can add business identification. Material colour and printed artwork are separate choices.
Printing lengths range from 38 to 100 cm. This refers to the artwork length, not the overall garment-cover length. The print position and size should leave the design readable on the filled cover.
