Film production & conversion

Manufacturing

At our 7,000 sqm factory in Doha, we produce plastic film and convert it into bags, sheets and rolls. Extrusion, slitting, bag making, flexographic printing and packing bring together the material, dimensions and finish required for each product.

Production Processes

Flexographic printing transfers artwork from a flexible plate onto the bag or film. The raised design receives ink and prints text, logos or patterns as the material passes through the press.

Specify the design dimensions and printed sides for the product you need. Carrier bags, garbage bags and table covers offer different printing choices, detailed on their product pages.

Materials, stock & dispatch packing

Storage and Packing

Factory storage accommodates raw materials, film rolls and finished stock. Packing options include cartons, PE bags, wooden pallets and plastic pallets.

Carrier bags can be packed in sleeves and cartons, warning tape in sleeves with cartons on request, and sheet rolls in bundles or on pallets. Specify the packing arrangement that suits your storage, handling and delivery needs.

For polyethylene rolls, the core and outer sleeve are separate choices from the sheet itself.

Made to your requirements

Customization by Product

Start with the product and its intended use, then choose the material, construction, appearance and supply format.

Material

Choose the material for the product and application. Soft-loop bags offer LDPE or HDPE, while wrapping films include LLDPE stretch film and LDPE shrink film.

Colour & Printing

Specify the material colour and artwork separately. Soft-loop handles can differ in colour from the bag, and table covers can carry customized designs.

Construction

Select the features that suit the product: carrier-bag folds, garbage-bag bottom gussets, perforated laundry covers or C-fold table covers.

Dimensions & Packing

Include width, length and thickness, whether you need folded or roll supply, and the sleeve, carton, bundle or pallet arrangement.
